Maintains Payroll Information by Collecting, Calculation and Entering data. Updates Payroll records by Entering Changes in Exemptions, Insurance Coverage, Savings, Deductions and Job Title and Department / Division Transfers. Resolves Payroll Discrepancies by Collection Information.
Helping to Prepare Payments by Verifying Documentation and Requesting Disbursements. Guides Accounting Clerical Staff by Coordinating Activities and Answering Questions. Contributes to team Effect by accomplishing related results as needed. Prepare Forms and Manuals for Accounting and Book Keeping Personnel, and Directs their work Activities.
Maintain Electronic and Hard Copy Filing system, Open, Sort and Distributes Incoming Correspondence. Maintain Office Supplies for Department. Prepare and Modify Documents Including Correspondence, Reports, Draft, and Memos & Emails. Provide General Administrative and Clerical Support Including Mailing, Scanning, Faxing and Copying to Management.

Responsible for the accurate interfacing of all payroll journals to the general ledger application by calculating and recording sickness payment and processing time sheets, calculating payroll from time sheet and general payroll administration.
