Upgrade/Implementation of New System Testing trough (UAT)
Receiving Goods from customers and collect the necessary documents.
Monitoring System Performance
Implementation & Maintenance of LAN
Updating of Service Calls in the systems
Giving Feedback to the call centre
Responsible for Customer Service
Preparation of Daily Collection Statement
