Tasks for the Internal Monthly Valuation also include: Material on Site Reconciliation, Procurement Tracker monitoring and updating (lead time items and their delivery dates)
Preparing and submitting Change Management Variations from revised Issued-for-Construction (IFC) drawings against tender / contract documents (Request for Information (RFI), Confirmation of Verbal Instructions (CVI), contractual letters and correspondence from Main Contractor and Consultant)
Subcontract Package Management, including: Assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor with the preparation of Subcontractor Enquiries and evaluations, Subcontractor Letter of Contract and maintaining all records for Final Account submissions.

Subcontractor Management also includes assessment of Subcontractor Application for Payment / Making Interim Payment Certificates / Issuing Letter of Deductions or Credit Notes / Daily assessments of site labour timesheets.
Maintaining all registers relating to commercial and contractual correspondence, document and drawing revisions, shop drawings submittals and approvals, CVI’s and RFI’s.
Currently, my tasks have increased and include involvement/assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor with the preparation of the Project Cost Report / drafting of Notice Letters to Main Contractor and attending Change Management meetings.
Handling/Supervising/monitoring site construction works
Can carry out study of Design Drawings, Shop drawings and as built drawings.
Procurement of necessary material.
Submitting daily progress report to the project Engineer and co-ordination with supervisors and foreman.
Preparation of shop drawings.
Watch for safety, health and environmental regulations
