• Skilled in handling data center operations for various enterprises, integrating & virtualizing service functions with business application models and interconnecting them to ensure workload mobility & disaster recovery
• Managing IT budget, BOQ, Vendor management and SLA.
• Manage day to day operations to improve infrastructure costs, performance and end user satisfaction
• Measure and improve services and team through KPIs and purpose driven metrics. Work across teams, both within the IT Department and Business Areas.
