Prepare daily/weekly and monthly production plan in line with strategic plans, data analysis and decision making to support finished goods demand.
Maintain strong working relationships and communications with manufacturing and key suppliers to confirm production/shipping schedules and monitor open purchase orders for all orders to ensure on-time deliveries
Continuously work on forecasting algorithms to improve accuracy and reduce wastages
Proactively report product and material availability issues
Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment of raw materials and components in conjunction with our program management teams
Participate in S&OP process, capacity planning and NPD process.
Revise essential system planning data to ensure our Kinaxis is effectively planning future requirements
Transform and evolve the supply chain by focusing on supply planning, materials, S&OP, manufacturing and people, combining both strategic and operational skill sets
Reports preparation and analysis on daily stocks, stock outs, DOC in retail, Sales, Procurement plan vs actuals, Forecast Error etc
Inventory Management: Support reporting, inventory parameters, reduction and reserve
percentage measurements, Product Life Cycle management
Responsible for overall master data maintenance in system associated with supply planning such as lead times, transportation modes, sourcing information, safety stocks.
Review historical sales trends, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models and evaluate forecast results
Working closely with master scheduler, sales team and customer fulfillment team to ensure customer order delivery with promised date.
Manage and facilitate the Engineering Change Request (ECR) Process and controlling the loading of data into Agile/SAP systems
Responsible for controlling and maintaining the engineering change and documentation tracking process with emphasis on Bills of Material (BOM’s), parts masters, specifications, drawings and documentation to ensure appropriate changes are documented.
Creating engineering change orders (ECO's), Manufacturer change orders (MCO), Approved Manufacturer List (AML) submitting ECO/MCO/AML to CCB (Change Control Board) members for approval and releasing and implementing it after approvals to update to BAAN/SAP.
Receiving customer’s documents via. BOMs, Drawings and Specs through customer web portals/emails and distributing the same to team for further action and loading it in Agile/SAP.
Performs New BOM creation, New AML (Approved Manufactured List) loading and New Item creation and Support data maintenance of item phase out process, datasheet, ECO’s, process alerts and other customer documents in Agile/SAP.
Learning and utilizing Innovative technology solutions in day to day deliverables capture the value and support various customer value added initiatives.
Creating setup like product number, BOM structure in Agile (PLM) and Creating AVL in Agile PLM.
Creation of Product Master database which contains functionality and usage of products.
Knowledge in product configuration, Tables and configuration logic.
Item data data maintenance according to HTS and ECCN classification standard.
Use Quality check tool to ensure 100% accuracy.
Respond to the business partner (requestor) and customer for queries relating to ECOs.
Good knowledge in writing Excel Macros with Excel VBA for to automate processes.
Updating the Product data attributes in both NPI and Production phase.
