Sales and Distribution Module-Load creation-creating orders, order processing, deliveries& shipments
Settlement Module
Warehouse Management Module-Plant to plant transfers, Goods receipt & put away, Storage location transfers, Stock count reconciliation, Transfer Postings & load building
Offsite &onsite Systems backup (monthly).
1st line ICT support, troubleshooting of all systems& network.
Hardware, software installations, upgrades & software testing.
Creation of the company asset registers on all IT assets and licensing.
Network administration, monitoring & ensuring network availability to all users.
Configuring company routers to ensure connectivity between the company VLANS.
Configure & Support company’s LAN & Internet systems in line with company policies.
Implementing & maintaining required security access rights to company network resources.
Updating of incidents on the helpdesk system and providing feedback to the IT Administrator.
