Key Responsibilities: Lead projects end to end in compliance with the project management directive, ensuring delivery in line with agreed project milestones, scope and budget and adhering to appropriate standards and guidelines - ENCOMPASS while meeting exit criteria on functionality, quality, performance, usability, resilience and supportability before moving to AGILE that covers: - 1) Launch the project on time adhering to ISC schedules and deliverables; 2) Support stakeholders in the project concept phase and throughout the project in identifying objectives and exploring alternatives taking into account budget and time constraints; 3) Translate project objectives into a project plan with clear milestones and full involvement of the project team. Keep project plans and milestones up to date throughout the project; 4) Communicate progress and agreements to all relevant parties (project team, sponsors, other stakeholders), making maximum use of PPM reporting functions; 5) Identify, monitor and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Document risk status and related actions in PPM as soon as a risk is identified. Follow SWIFT risk management guidelines for categorizing and handling project risks; 6) Track dependencies and monitor them throughout the project, minimizing impact of delay on own and others projects. Raise timely awareness in case of potential delays; 7) Raise project issues in a timely manner and track status and actions in PPM; 8) Plan and follow-up expenditures (CAPEX and OPEX) in terms of timing and amounts through the complete cycle from ordering of new equipment to dismantling. 9) Drive and promote timely PPM project data quality covering status, plan tasks effort, risks, issues and change requests. 10) Capture feedback from project team members and stakeholders on regular intervals throughout the project and use feedback to continuously improve.
Project Name: SWIFTRef Enhancements Duration: Ongoing Description: Deliver small functional enhancements to the SWIFTRef platform-one of SWIFT products. Key deliverables are; i) releases of the Common Reference Data Platform containing scope items from the backlog prioritised by Marketing ii) associated Billing and pricing changes and iii) updated user documentation

Project Name: CRM Watto Application Strengthening Duration: Ongoing Description: Redesign and improve the Watto application due to significant increase of use. This application is a gateway allowing internal applications to contact Salesforce

Project Name: Chubb Malaysia Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Duration: Apr 2017 - June 2017 Description: Chubb support Alarm Panel system for ATM Machine in Maybank, CIMB and Bank Islam.All alarm panel system information is kept in database. BCP is an approach for disaster recovery using database log shipping configuration with the primary server instance, several secondary server instances, and a monitor server instance that was design to provide backup plan to prevent disaster due to possible reason such as sabotage, application error, hardware error or network failures onto their current installation that do not have backup system thus can risk the system to potential vulnerabilities and threats. Project Name: RAPID Penang Public Information Display System (PIDS) Duration: Apr 2017 - Aug 2017 Description: Is a Public Information Display System at the Rapid Penang facilities features the description of presented data, description of presented icons, display diagrams and operational notices that will include the design, manufacture, delivery, installation, integration, testing, commissioning and support.PIDS is an intermediate system between Telecommunication System of the Bus Control Centre (BCC) that provide a means of data and video communications and the individual Rapid Penang busses that will provide transport infrastructure for citizens of Penang City.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure testing completion on below phase: 1) Data Migration-Ensure conversion and reconciliation insurance customer data were tested 2) Data Cleansing-De-duplicate and clean data based on defined data standard 3) Change to Processes-Implement changes to insurance customer creation and insurance maintenance process 4) Disaster Recovery-Assessing, developing, implementing and sustaining Disaster Recovery and Business Impact Analysis plans and procedures Project Name: Megatron CIF-MY Description: Is a regional project that was meant to roll-out to Malaysia sub apart from Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei. CIF stands for Customer Information File that forms a centralized storage for key insurance customer information enabling singeview-of-customer.
1) Assist the Program/Project Manager with daily activities, schedules meeting, schedule project follow up meetings as needed, track and report adherence to deadlines. 2) Gathers all program/project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings. Project Name: Egypt Sanction Client: HSBC Bank Egypt Duration: 9th June 2014-30th June 2014 Description: Egypt Sanction is a Client-Server GUI application used by associates in HSBC Bank Egypt to process the account opening transaction specifically for Demand Deposit and Term Deposit from any sanction country nations that will be restricted to only local currency of the account opening country.
Key Responsibilities: 1) Application development, documentation, testing, project management activities and data analysis. 2) Participate in Gaps identification in Web / Middleware DR process and work to rectify them 3) Works with BCP consultants to identify RTO (recovery time objectives) and RPO (recovery point objectives) for systems and criticality tiers for business functions.
