In charge for overall accounts including stores, insurance
Claims, statutory records of the company. Statutory requirements like VAT, profit tax, withholding tax.
Preparing various MIS reports and monthly financial statements. Co-ordinate with HO, dispatch dept. and purchase dept. Train local staff and handling factory petty cash and other jobs assigned by superiors

Implementing of Tally Accounting Software, training and maintenance of Systems. Implementing of in house packages for General and Medical Insurance in MS Access. Handling of Import & export containers depot. Conducting internal Auditing and verification of day-to-day bank transactions. Stock verifications half yearly. Assisting statutory auditors.
Installation, demonstration, training, trouble shooting in Tally Accounting Software.
Maintenance of books & accounts, Registers etc., including preparation final statements. Compiling statutory statements. Preparation of sales analysis debtor’s payment position etc., Reconciliation of Bank accounts. Had been on deputation for 6 months to Andaman & Nicobar Islands for Depot at Port Blair.
Maintenance of books manually as well as computerized. Finalisation of firms. Preparation and submission of various returns to Govt. Departments. Preparation of statement obtaining bank loan and credit appraisals for securing loans and advances
During the training period I have attended various internal and statutory audits. Book keeping (Manual & Computerised). Preparation of final accounts. Preparation and filing of Income Tax returns
