• Giving weekly shortage lists and communicates to concern department to ensure effective daily workshop service plan.

• Tracking local purchase record.
• Tracking air order components for concern repaired order.
• Cross check with parts counter & concern brand Electronics Parts catalog System.
• Part identification 100% success full.
• Warranty details of parts clearly intimate to customer.
• Solving & support warranty issues.
• Making invoice against purchase orders.
• Maintaining customer queries.
• Handling pressurized parts counters more than 2 years.
• Making parts quotation as per requirement & submit to customers.
• Monitoring parts movement & maintain safety stock.
• Maintain minimum & maximum stock & weekly reconcile.
• Making stock transfer to concern service branch.
• Handling documentation control of branch transaction.
• Maintain customers credit check level amount and set depend upon customer’s performance.

The Job Profile Includes:

• Giving weekly shortage lists and communicates to concern department to ensure effective daily production plan.
• Monitoring document flow & materials flow.
• To ensue right item available at the right location at the right time (Just in time & just in system.).
• Ensuring timely delivery of spares, Parts audit of different assignments.
• Full Knowledge in SAP system inward & dispatch & stores & claim & Purchase & Material Master.
• Checking in system for correct location, check material pending for binning.
• Here we handling over 15, 000 Thousands and automobile body cladding parts. & Auto spare parts & Accessories items. Parts management all delars.
• Making discrepancy report & 100% counting within 24 hours...
• Continuous follow up with till end user stratification.
• Making daily performance report stores & dispatch.
• Develop measures/metrics for supplier/customer delivery performance; (e.g. Safety stock, lead time analysis, process flow chart, control chart etc)
• Daily /Weekly / monthly MIS through sap for shortages, excesses, kanban and variance.
• Tracking Reorder point & Maintain PO Schedules. For import parts.
• Order processing from mails& Seibel system.
• Work closely with plants for demand forecast, payment process and proper order management.
• Handling transporters & permit management system.
• Check BOE & ARE1 for import & export items.
• Establish customer Managed Inventory (CMI) with suppliers.
• Master file update Accessories & set prizing conditions in SAP.
• Sales order making thro SAP & Seibel CRMS & dealers mails
• Customer management & settle warranty issue.
• Receive & binning materials proper location and kept yard item to yard
• Updating Material Information, Maintaining Delivery Schedule, and Checking In warding Note, PO Amendment, and Maintain Source List.
