Managing the service / logistics requirements
• Order management and inventory shipping
• Monitoring and optimizing trucking or barging transport
• Coordinates the entire logistics stream starting with quoting, creating orders, arranging carriers, setting up shipments, scheduling pickups, and tracking shipments
• In-house Stock management and Operating WMS
• Preparation of Commercial Document like Commercial invoice, Packing List, COO, SASO and Customs declaration on E Mirsal II.
• Maintains an up to date tracking system and ensure that all shipments are on schedule at all times
• Be a key point of contact for Warehouse staff with any shipping/receiving/packing issues.
• Invoicing clients
Preparing, updating & monitoring the performance & key performance indicators of the staff.
• Coordinating with the Supervisor and keep handling the issues related to Material Missing, Material Damage, looking for innovative Ideas to make the flowing of Materials from Warehouse to the Shipping Point smooth.
• Ensure that the warehouse operative performs to the optional benefits of the organization.
• Responsible for the transfer of stocks for day to day inbound.
Responsible for delivering comprehensive marketing services to clients.
Involved in making outbound calls.
Involved in market research, marketing campaigns to the client.
Communication & Reporting to the Head
Provide first-level technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools.
Guide customer-troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines.
Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.
Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools.
Responsible for providing technical support and building on customer relations through Troubleshooting.
Handling technical queries & objections will be a major part of job profile.
Trouble shooting with Internet Support, Microsoft and Desktop related issues.
Troubleshooting on technical queries (desktop/ laptop/ printers) and application support for a global process.
