Brand safety standard peer review /Audits/ hygiene Audits for IHG properties in Kuwait
Manages a group of security guards who ensure the protection of an organization's facilities and Develops and presents reports on audit findings and recommendations.
Develops and enforces security procedures and regulations. Interfacing with external security guard agency for staffing of security positions.
Facilitating on-the-job training for specifics of security guard monitoring and protection responsibilities
Acts as a liaison to all departments on security measures, procedures, and needs. Manage processes for protecting classified, proprietary, and sensitive information
Implement safety risk management practices in line with the company’s health and safety policy
Designing and delivering Training sessions (Fire training, Bomb threat, basic food hygiene, Intermediate Food hygiene and other safety trainings.)
Conducting Quality assessment audits in various hotel departments(MQSA)
Facilitating Total Quality Management Program Maintenance meetings
Conduct and review Risk Assessments periodically and ensure identified risks are managed and controlled
Conducting and gathering of FLS10 minutes training and notes
Conducting vendor audits
Implemented all prerequisite programs needed as the foundation of the HACCP plan and implement fully operational HACCP based Food Safety Management System for Holiday Inn Kuwait
Ensure and maintain hygiene standards as per the requirement of local authorities
Monitor and implemented recommendations made by Pest control services
Always ensure that a positive hygiene culture is driven, followed and complied with for the success of maintaining the HACCP system.
Implemented food sampling and water sampling test with help of TUV Nord Dubai
Investigate and comments on customer complaints in respect of food hygiene and food safety as per any non-conformance report.
Preparing monthly sampling schedule, statistical reports and give recommendations for improvement.
Carry out full investigations and audit the hotel to ensure health and safety compliance
Ensure that Emergency Procedures are documented and current. A planned emergency evacuation is carried out every 6 months for each property

Establish audit requirements to ensure compliance in Food Safety, Occupational Safety and Environmental regulations
Oversee all audit results, evaluate trends, communicate results and establish action plans to ensure hotel remains in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
