controlling/supervising and executing the entire process of incoming and outgoing shipment, Retail. Monitor all activities of Logistics, Coordination & Warehousing, maintaining stock, local delivery of goods, import/export air and sea Custom clearance, Order Processing, L/C Documentation, Shipping and having good leadership, interpersonal & time management skills.
• Looking after Import/Export L/C, Documentation, Inbound and Outbound shipment, follow -up with clearing agent for timely delivery, follow-up with supplier and clients in locally as well as overseas. Export/Import Customs Clearance (trucking from factory to vessel and port from factory), Cargo Storing, Stores & Inventory, Container Assignment.
• Internet Duty Emption
• Negotiation & finalization with customers and Suppliers.
• Correspondence with overseas suppliers & client
• Office co-ordination and taking full control.
• Order processing and Customer Relationship Management
• Office administration etc.
• Involved in all Domestic marketing and Import/Export Marketing,
• Co-ordination with foreign customers,
• Factory, pre-shipment and post shipment documentation,
• Arrange inspection, liaising up with CHA, Shipping, DGFT, Bank, Excise, Customs and other government agencies.
• Import Price negotiation with party
• Inviting proforma Invoice and opening L/C
• Following up with the customer regarding shipping of the material
• All other formalities till the material reach at godown
