• Managed the team of professionals & collaborating with the contractors in the execution of Distribution Substation Projects and ensured the successful completion of all work packages within the scheduled time.
• Coordinated with SCADA team for the successful execution and completion of substation automation project and testing the same incorporating the operational procedures with the contractor as per the target.
• Conducted commissioning and Live operation of HV, MV, and substations (132/33kv, 132/11kv, 33/11-6.6kv), Ring Main Unit, Transformers, and panels after performing necessary checks and incorporating the organizational standards
• Monitored & suggested subordinates regarding all quality control objectives& limits; coordinating with the Process Head for operational accuracy
• Released and energized periodic and breakdown outages & ensuring a safe working environment with necessary isolation and grounding facilities following Lockout - Tagout procedures.
• Performed Condition Monitoring and Load Monitoring for all switchgear to maintain the healthiness of the equipment to prevent it from failure
• Restored power supply to the interrupted consumers in case of system/ equipment/ circuit failure within the target time incorporating the operational procedures and communication protocol
• Prepared shop drawings, and electrical load distribution schedules for residential and commercial projects in coordination with other services and got them approved by authorities.
• Prepared the BOQ, work program and material requirement on the 20th of every month as per site progress and placed purchase requisition for the following month.
• Created variation requests, change orders & invoices as per the milestone achievement; led team members; allocated resources, and guided the team throughout the project lifecycle till final delivery.
• Established contract review criteria, identifying and resolving discrepancies and divergences from the original proposal through the initiation of technical queries to projects/clients.
• Ensured the smooth functioning of activities like installation, testing, and commissioning as per standard checklists and ensuring that all defects are attended to immediately; arranging as-built drawings and manuals & submitting to consultant through project coordinator.
Operation and maintenance of all Electrical Installations for runways such as High Intensity Runway lights, PAPI lights, Taxiway lights and Constant Current Regulators.
Operation and maintenance of HT, LT, ATS Panels, Circuit Breakers, DG sets, Conveyors, RO Plant for Water purification. Lightning Protection and Earthing System.
Carried out runway inspection along with authority personal for checking any abnormality before and after every flight movement.
Engaged as per the schedule given by the authority for preventive maintenance for all electrical installations in the airport premises.
Attended day to day breakdown at site and also provide necessary isolation to any mechanical equipment for rectification in case of equipment failure.
Responsible for allocation of workers such as DG set operator, Electricians, Helpers, Wiremen to enable proper functioning of Airport electrical installations.
Maintained Registers for Electrical Maintenance as Measurement of IR Value of LT Cables and maintenance of LT Panels, attendance, Wages, Over Time registers for staff.

Supervised the progress at all construction sites located at various places.
Submitted the measurement as per the work done every month for invoicing.
Calculated the wages and overtime for the workers.
