• Responsible for achieving yearly Revenue targets.
• Organizing and facilitating Project Steering / Operating Committees meetings
• Responsible for Cost control and Planning projects -
• Coordination with Sales team for submission of Project initiation documents.
• Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal and external resources.
• Identifying & costing any contract variations.
• Managing the project team including any subcontractors.
• Tracking activities against the detailed project plans and project specifications.
• Updating project plans, Resolving any problems and issues that arose.
• Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budgets

• Coordinating with the Building Maintenance Contractors i.e.( Lifts, Escalators, Cradles, Fire Alarm CCTV System, BMS System )for periodic servicing.
• Preparing Monthly reports for all Maintenance Services & Expenditures.
• Preparing annual budget for Maintenance Department and handling submission of annual maintenance contracts.
• Coordination with consultants for solving Project issues.
• Handling daily tenant’s maintenance complaints & logging it into the FSI Maintenance Software, forwarding the complaints to maintenance team & checking feedback.
• Attending site coordination meetings, project progress meeting & technical meetings. .
• Managing Installation, commissioning &maintenance teams.
• Coordinating with contractors (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing etc) to provide proper Design inputs, maintenance & commissioning support.

• Project take-over from Sales department, design riser, point schedules and update BOQs.
• Prepare submittals, schematics, method statements and relevant documents for projects in hand.
• Manage and control the order, requests and delivery of materials needed at site.
• Prepare and assist in invoicing, payment schedules and scope of works.
• Project design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and handover of complete BMS system.
• Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of Honeywell Controllers installed at various projects according to company requirements.
• Calibrate and commission FCU and VAV controllers at site, commissioning of Excel 5000(LON), Excel Web (native BACNET) and Comfort Point (Pure BACNET) controllers.
• Design, program and download the project software and ensure the appropriate sequence of operation at field.
• Design and program graphics and scripts for front end enterprise buildings integrator (PC).
• Perform coordination and meetings with the site contractor and prepare site reports for quick site process.
• Assist site inspections associated with BMS operations.
