Full Physical appraisal for accidents, body works, re-sprays, mechanical, electrical and upholstery for Range Rover, Jaguar, Maserati and all other brands in less than one hour.
Responsible for making job cards, attending customer queries, arranging for initial vehicle check-up, making parts and labor quotation after confirming availability, calling the customer back with full details, getting approval and fixing appointment, arranging and managing work force by assigning duties to master technician, parts and inventory maintenance, making cash accounts reconciliation at the end of the shift, reaching targets set by the head office for my station and attending monthly service advisors meeting to discus the improvement of our station and company.

Work responsibility includes trouble-shooting and road-testing of vehicles, informing the customer of required job in the vehicle and the estimate, following safety and other repair procedures,
Work limited to minor technical jobs like replacement of spares after diagnosis, and quick-services,
Leading and organizing a team of Technicians, Electrician & Tire man; reporting to the Service advisor

Responsible for trouble shooting, mechanical repairs & computerized diagnostics of PCM & other control modules, for all makes & models of cars & light motor vehicles
Implementing previous experience in producing dealership quality results in each individual vehicle handled
Road testing every vehicle handled before & after repairs, to understand the customer’s complaint accurately & to verify the quality of repair after repair
Regular service maintenance of Hyundai Hertz rental cars
Attended one day training by Al Qurain Co., Bosch Diagnostic Test Equipments, Shuwaik, Kuwait.
