 Performance appraisal.
 Vacation and Final exit Settlement.
 Employee grievances.
 Disciplinary actions.
 Monthly attendance verification and consolidation.
 Preparation of overtime and part time salary.
 Overtime budget preparation.
 MPP finalization.
 Iqama renewal confirmation.
 Uniform and ID card distribution.
 Conducting employee welfare programmes.
 Attending monthly meeting and reward distribution.
 Conducting various training programmes.
 Coordinated with HR on policies and procedures to improve payroll functions.
 Maintained all paid off for employees.
 Assist auditors with document procurement and balancing.
 Response to staff inquiries by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
 ERE and exit visa processing.
 Staff accommodation arrangements (leasing accommodation, rent payments)
 Baladiya card (Health card) processing, SADAD payment, Medical arrangements.
 Business HR activities (Evaluating monthly sales report and analysing employee productivity).
 Compensation and benefits.
 Publishing major human resource policies and procedures.
 Store auditing (Grooming standard, Attendance register, Manpower list and issues, Staff behavioural issues, Loss and prevention/Theft cases, Accommodation)

On boarding- Travel arrangements, New Hiring and Master File updating, orientation training, Insurance card processing, on the job training, placement, Iqama medical arrangements and follow up, probation review.
•Bank- New salary card account opening, card replacement, KYC submission, Statement generation, ID updating.
•Dealing with major banks in KSA(SABB, Alinma, Saudi franci).
•Insurance - New card creation, deletion and addition, Reimbursement claim.
•Cashier ID Creation/Deletion, verification and approval.
•Cash Distribution - Cash Salary, Incentives, Leave Salary, risk allowance, Over Time and Part Time.

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT:-

•Recruitment Support- Preparing and issuing job offer letter, Visa processing, Medical arrangements, Ticket follow up with candidates, Coordinating with recruitment companies in KSA.

•PRO support -Iqama collection and dispatching, ERE and exit visa confirmation, New visa updating, Insurance reimbursement collection and distribution, Insurance invoice clearance.

•Payroll support -Monthly Attendance monitoring and Payroll creation via WPS. Issuing salary certificate and Payslips.
