• Assisted HSE management in development and finalizing of the project HSE Plan, Emergency Response Plan, (ERP), Training Matrix, JSAs etc. enable compliant greenfield startup and KOC mobilization readiness.
• Prepared essential safety infrastructure, and machine/equipment inspection checklists, to support hazard-free tubular inspection operations from day one.
• Delivered foundational HSE forms, registers and visual controls (signages, inspections) within the first month, establishing zero-incident readiness for high-risk tubular handling.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments; ensure timely corrective actions.
• Enforce Permit to Work (PTW) systems, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and toolbox talks for high-risk activities.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts; prepare incident reports and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of work location inspections, heavy & light equipment inspections, HSE observations, trainings etc

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, site safety plans, and method statements in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments; ensure timely corrective actions.
• Enforce Permit to Work (PTW) systems, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and toolbox talks for high-risk construction activities.
• Monitor compliance with PPE requirements, scaffolding safety, lifting operations, work at height, and confined space procedures.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts; prepare incident reports and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of work location inspections, heavy & light equipment inspections, HSE observations, trainings etc.

• Coordinating with client HSE advisor in facilitating site management for risk assessment and successfully carried out risk assessment in various task.
• Actively participating in incident investigations, root cause analysis and preparing CAPA reports based on the findings and implementing them in order to avoid any reoccurrence.
• Monitoring, implementation and effectiveness of emergency response plan on the site by planning and conducting emergency drills on all possible scenarios to identify the deficiencies and implement plan for correcting the deficiencies.
• Performing PTW Audits on Hot, Cold and Confined space permits. Periodically conduct gas test for flammable/ Toxic Gases using multi gas detector. Periodically reviewing and contributing in updating the Company HSE policy, based on the changes in international Standards, incident investigation findings etc.
• Conducting training programs on fire safety, site specific trainings, safety committee meetings and TBTs as required. Participating in periodic client audits and closure of audit points before agreed deadlines.
