• Maintenance of the ICS network & Systems including Preventive as well as Corrective maintenance.

Responsibility: Development of control loops and control schemes on Centum VP system to satisfy the process requirements. Job involved study of P&ID's and complex control narrative & implementation of the logics in the system. Conducted IFAT, FAT & OIFAT of control application along with client. Tested logic and control schemes as per process control narrative.
Multi-project connectivity with 5 different databases was done. Project involves SIOS or OPC communication with different systems.
SIT/SAT was done successfully at site after integration of the main CCB and various remote or SIS control buildings.
