•Develop and implement technology project management processes and guidelines, in line with leading practices, to ensure efficient and effective execution of all technology projects, and in alignment with DCT's digitization and technology priorities
•Ensure that all technology projects and plans are implemented in line with established standards, process, and framework to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
•Lead on the conduction of awareness sessions, coach and mentor projects' team members to ensure the scope, goals, and deliverables of technology projects support business goals in collaboration with senior management when and if required.
•Prepare progress reports of all projects as per the agreed metrics, escalating red flags and recommendations.
•Conduct Project quality audit, monitor the compliance of projects with the expected quality standards and deliverables outputs to ensure standardization of the processes.
•Set and monitor financial targets by forecasting requirements, reviewing project expenditure gaps and developing corrective plans.
•Proactively monitor IT programs and ensure that corrective methods and plans are identified to ensure a smooth run of work.
