General:
1. Attending pre-Inspection Meeting with client & Contractors.
2. Implementation of Quality Assurance & Quality Control Program on mechanical, storrage tank, welding, Steel 3.Providing advice and guidance to the issue of Quality Controls

10. Review Material Certificate & Verification consists of Pipe, Plate (vessels), structure, fitting & accessories (Stud Bolt/Nut) etc together with Material controller
11. Liaison with client inspectors for inspections of Hold and Witness Point
12. Inspection as per ITP, Witness NDE performed, Review Manufacture procedure, Monitor Progress until millstone (delivery) report to QA/ QC manager
13. Well experience in steel structure and storage tank drawing
Document Preparation:
1. PQR, WPS, and WQT as per ASME Sec IX, AWS D 1.1, BS EN ISO 15614-1, BS EN 287-1 and Client Specification
2. Method statement, Daily Welding Reports, Weekly Inspection Reports, QA\QC inspection Reports 3.Punch List preparation before Hydro Test
4.Preparation and issue of Non Conformation Report (NCR) and Corrective Action Request (CAR) 5.Painting inspection and its document preparation
6.Final handover dossiers (manufacturer data record)Make soft copy for all dossiers & documents and handover to the client 7.To ensure that all handover system documentation was progressively handed over to the client

Conducting Adhesion test, Curing test, Impact test, Contamination test, Holiday and Pinhole tests in buried pipe lines & Inside the Tanks with Client representative.
Inspection of all Coating & Insulation works as per Project Standards/Specification with Client representative.
Inspection of all materials using for Insulation, Blasting, and Painting and related works as per Inspection check list and also reviewing the Manufacturer Material Technical & Safety Data Sheets (Verification of Materials documentation & Visual Receiving Inspection.
Checking and Monitoring Relative Humidity, Dew point, Air temperature and steel temperature (Ambient Conditions), WFT and DFT.
Monitoring and inspecting all the Insulation activities such as Pre application (Inspection of surface prior to Insulation), Inspection of In process application,
Monitoring and inspecting of intumescent fire proof painting work
Document Preparation:
PQR, WPS, and WQT as per ASME Sec IX, AWS D 1.1, BS EN ISO 15614-1, BS EN 287-1 and Client Specification Method statement, Daily Welding Reports, Weekly Inspection Reports, QA\QC inspection Reports
Hydro Test Package preparation based on Line Schedule, System and Service Punch List preparation before Hydro Test
