Duties and Responsibilities

Reviewing the Contractor’s Invoice & Complying with Project Management Team.
Monitoring the Project Cost complying with the Project Management Team- Faithful & Gould.
Prepare take offs from the drawings and compare with site measurements.
Use all reasonable endeavors to manage the construction cost of the project within the approved project budget / cost plan. Set up monitoring and control procedures.
The Expenditure Status, incorporating an expenditure profile of actual verses planned.
Prepare and submit to the project manager a monthly report, tracking sheets.
Value engineering for the variation orders, new items etc.
Review & finalize the variation orders.
Evaluating the Quantity as per the approved Inspection Report.
Provide the Employer with certification that amounts claimed for payment are in accordance with the Contract.
Provide sufficient on-site inspection and valuation services during construction to perform required duties and to fulfil the provisions of the Contract.
Provide initial advice and input on Contractor's claims.

Working as a Commercial Specialist in Riyadh METRO Project - Package 3 which is worth of 30 Billion SAR (8 Billion USD) -the biggest Metro projects in the Middle East which has 178 KM of Metro lines.


Preparation of monthly interim payment applications to the Client with all substantial documents.

Preparation of sub-contractors contract documents such as agreement, General conditions, Special conditions, and Supplementary conditions, Technical specifications, BOQ, BOD, Award letter & Contract Quarries & Answers.

Responsible for monitoring contract final cost estimate, generating monthly progress reports, monthly financial reports, preparing cost estimates and cash flow.

Preparation of the contractual correspondences (Responses, notifications, negotiations, investigations, etc) in accordance with the contract provisions.

Reviewing the Engineer’s comments/assessments to identify any additional burdens and / or required modifications according to the new instruction that might require raising a notification or variations / change order in this regard.

Prepare contract briefs, Subcontractors briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.

Communicating with the client’s representatives regarding program / projects progress and areas of concern.

Preparing Dashboard reports to client management to investigate any problem related to the
scope of services and recommend solutions to client management.

Carryout validation of the project estimates, prepare and agree final budget with Commercial Manager, monitor & update on monthly basis

Reviewing weekly and monthly reports as presented to the client and advising the client in respect
of non-compliance, and/or areas of concern and proposals for corrective actions.

Meeting cost reporting commitments, assessing costs, forecasts and trends against approved budgets.

(800 Million USD) Major project which is well-known as KAPSARC-SAUDI ARAMCO -3rd largest petroleum research center project in the world- which has the scope of works of MEP, Architectural, Structural Building, External works, Façade, Infrastructure & Soft/Hard Landscaping)

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the control of Quantity Survey and all the commercial aspects in Commercial Department and reporting to Commercial Manager.

Preparing the Monthly Material progress report which includes all items related with MRR, PO, RFI, Shipping documents, Bill of Lading documents, etc in order to prepare the monthly material Invoices to the Client (Saudi Aramco).

Preparing the Monthly Construction progress report and preliminaries accordance with all the supporting documents in order to prepare the monthly Construction Invoices to the Client.

Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales

Roles and Responsibilities
 Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client
 Perform technical and commercial review of EPCI long time tenders for preparation of services agreements.
