Established role of Survey Architect with PRDnationwide’ s survey team focusing on the implementation of Survey plans for the Dubai and Abu Dhabi Land Departments titles registration processes for clients and projects including some of the region’s largest and best known developers, right through to smaller community sub-developers needing survey assistance for simpler single use high rise towers.
Responsible for production / modification of Interior CAD drawings such as wall setout, flooring layout & reflected ceiling layout and other details according to Designer’s instructions. Advise, help and instruct other CAD Technicians on problems, needs and project work.
Preparation of Interior designs for apartments including all details, fixtures and sanitaries with all details.
And co-ordinate the drawings with the contractor for the easy work at site.
Modeling of Auto CAD 3D views of complicated areas to give more idea for the contractor . Making detailed Architectural Gypsum ceiling and wall panel designs etc.
Maintaining the received Document from the client with respect to the Log issued by the consultant or client. Managing the CAD team documents including the sub contractors drawing and documents.
Studying the architectural drawing like plan, Elevation and section in coordination with the finishing schedule. Checking & studying the above in coordination with the structural and MEP related drawing for the suitability of the architectural features like the space for household equipments and furniture layout.
Preparation of Submission drawings for Consultants approval and detailed Architectural working drawings for site work. Coordinating with Site management regarding work progress. Modeling of Auto CAD 3D views of complicated areas to get more idea. Making detailed Architectural Gypsum ceiling and wall panel designs etc.
