• Execute the inspection and quality control activities in site, collecting the relevant record.
• Ensure that all civil construction and erection works are executed in accordance with the relevant codes and standard and procedure, PQP/ Inspection test plans tasks.
• In accordance with the QC Plan, execute the specific inspections on material, equipment and construction/ installation activities in site, following relevant specified procedures, issuing the relevant quality records.
• Issue the relevant quality records and when necessary write and issue non compliance reports.
• Check the preparation of foundations, reinforcement and check the certification regarding element mixes, test, chemical analysis, grain size analysis and monitor atmosphere conditions during pouring operations & check the post execution of casting and monitor curing operations.
• Check the sampling operation (when required).
• Review the laboratory examination results.
• Check the sub grade dry density & moisture content and check the compressive strength test.
• Check the material quality and relevant vendor approval MAS/ DTS.
• Verify special process and the relevant workers qualifications.
• Check the conformity with the quality control plan and obtain the relevant documentation.
• Orderly collect and manage/ check documents certifying test, controls and inspection documents, ensuring the standard and related civil.
• Works and testing related records are properly retrievable within the final As-built dossier.
• Ensure the subcontractor correct implementation of the approved quality control plans/ inspection.
• Test plan witnessing inspection and collecting relevant quality control records.
Follow project procedure and project quality plan (PQP), quality control inspection/ schedule, MS method of statement, ITP and ITR/ RFI.
Non Conformance preparation and disposition review for approval and closing with corrective and preventive action for such issues Site Memo, NCR, CAR, Punch and Surveillance. Follow all the construction issues at site as Transco/TE standard such as drawing issues and status DTS comments and approval and at site level any modification FCR client approval.

Supervise the quality control function/activity of process and control the 3rd party inspection schedule Trench, Foundation, Leveling and Installed the Quaywall Blocks 580m and make the Jetty 480m including return Quaywall and placed Anti Scour Rock and build the Revetment 360m using GPS/ POSIBLOC system for (CORE LOC) and build the Breakwater 300m GPS/POSIBLOC system for (CORE LOC), and build the Shoreline Protection 320m and Placed Rock/ Filter Stone and Geotextile and Dredging monitoring and sampling material as supplied by VANVOOD company and reclamation around 700m from Elevation (-6) upto plant elevation and compaction with structure fill material FDT etc. and Breakwater open sea both side Armor Layer using and Toe mount completion as well for CORE LOC’s and For jetty/ revetment/ breakwater/ shoreline and QUAYWALL BLOCK all the structure used CORE ROCK for shore protection etc. with Quality Control inspection/ schedule and collection of Quality Records /documents and handover documents with closing all punch items (ITP, RFI, ITR, MIR, IAR, CAR, NCR, FMN, MBES SURVEY & MCCR/ ECCR Documentation).

• Take samples of materials for examination or analysis by laboratories, witness various tests on concrete, Aggregate, Soil and Asphalt materials to ensure quality control specifications are met.
• Inspect Concrete batching plant & Asphalt batching plant and monitor & control the concrete batching & asphalt batching.
• Inspection of drilling for soil investigation, Geologist, cross hole seismic, permeability, pressure meter test.
• Inspection of pile rebar cage and pile casing with continuity as per ITP.
• Prepare Quality Control records and reports for daily activities.
• Co-ordinate with client, consultant & Independent Laboratory.
• Prepare documentation for test pack dossiers & submit to client for approval.

- Update and monitor the status of every quality inspectors.
- Correct and monitor the QC manpower inside kingdom mobilization plan.
- Preparing and update the project quality organizational chart for IK contract.
- Update and accurate the status of every work procedure and method of statement.
- Preparing Non-Conformity Report (NCR) where the numbers of closed, responded and
outstanding NCR are counted for the weekly report for the client and monthly report for the head
office.
- Two weeks casual inspection of all discipline according to working schedule.
- Counting status open/close of weekly surveillance/RFI.
- Supervise 4 QC discipline document controller to insure their work activities as per procedure and
standard of the company and to comply with ISO Quality Management System.
- Daily updating of Manpower Summary of sub-contractor for Quality Meeting.
- Monitoring & Sending of Two week’s casual inspection schedule, contractor & sub contractor as
per Quality Supervisor & Inspector
