• Technically Support to Purchases team to Negotiation with compare with Technical specification and performance and quality of product to selecting high quality product in actual coasted prices of product
• Selecting New Supplier/Vendor/Factory by Audit to Measuring all the parameter Technically and financially
• Product Quality Improvement On the bases of Service reports, Quality
Issue reports and Defect Analysis reports we recommend the Product Quality Improvements to the Supplier.
• QC Inspection of all Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances, Digital Electronics, LED, CFL lighting and IT Products Inspecting all Shipments for the Quality before releasing them in to shipment
• Analyzing Monthly Service Reports Providing Necessary Product Quality Feedback to the Supplier for Quality Improvement. Defect Analysis - Analyzing failed product to find the actual cause of the failure and provide feedback to supplier for possible improvement in future.
