Supervise and control all day to day operations, trade booking,
settlements, investigations, follow-ups and trade reconciliations
Monitoring and execution of customer orders
Supervise staff members to ensure accurate and timely processing
Manage day to day internal and external customer requests/complains
to maintain good working relationship and quick resolution of issues.
Ensure processing in line with Compliance, Central bank and Internal Audit guidelines.
Authorize necessary entries / transactions as per requirements and procedures.
Coordinate work flow in the department and act as a point of contact for process and people escalations
Respond to internal/ external auditors, coordinating with relevant staff
and other departments. Monitor and check the timeliness of remedial actions.
