Support and maintain advanced SEDCO products which includes:
Integration servers.
Monitoring servers (technical and business monitoring).
Reporting servers (OLAP reports).
Digital signage solution.
Capture and define scope analysis for new system enhancements.
Coordinate with technical departments to solve any system related issues upon incidents raising.
Extensive tests for new application releases on test environment before applying them to production environment.
The main role was to Manage, administer and maintain the CVM system for Alinma bank, Arab National Bank, and Al Rajhi Bank in the HO and the branches and help in solving all the problems related to CVM "Customer visit Management".
Support and maintain all SEDCO products which includes:
Customer visit management systems.
Application servers.
Talking staff/client through a series of actions, either face to face or over the phone.
Troubleshooting system/network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
