Supervision on O&M contractor’s activities for administration building of MOF and King Salman International Conference Center to make sure the contractor’s works compliance with contract conditions.
 Establish and manage a 24/7 maintenance emergency and response and repair organization, including formulation of priorities, general operating routine and procedures.
 Conducts regular meetings with contractors for discussion of progress, PPM, KPI, and HSE, new methods, policies, procedures and plans to ensure smooth and complete implementation.
 Conducts maintenance operations in a financially aware manner so as to reduce costs and remain within programmed budget lines and identify potential savings measures.
 Prepares monthly reports with the monthly deductions of invoices to MOF and ensure the key performance indicators are captured and reported for equipment reliability, maintenance
 Designs and develops the Maintenance strategy on site. Including comprehensive Standing Operating Procedures to support of equipment, facilities and buildings as appropriate including the various matrixes required to monitor requirements.

Major activities &assignments
 Oversees employees in my area to ensure they achieve objectives, comply with policies and procedures.
 Develops monthly operation plan as per operational requirements.
 Plans, assigns, distributes and prioritizes work among subordinates, provide guidance and coaching to subordinates and evaluates the performance of subordinates
 Advises the O&M Head manager for updating facilities status, consultation and approval purposes and coordinates with control center manager, superintendents to follow up on facilities status and work progress.
 Interfaces with Client concerning facilities status and with contractors regarding additional works.
 Ensure timely identification and rectification of failures. Failures identified by users or the Contractor shall be logged in IT System via Help Desk by raising RM Tickets, and shall be rectified in accordance with the assigned priority level.
 Reviews failure and breakdown analysis with a view to establish corrective action plans as necessary and produces trend analysis reports.
 Maintains customer relation and ensures customer satisfaction.
 Monitoring of Backlog, Stores & procurement and PPM achievement and highlight any inadequate performance.
Accomplished:
Appreciation from O&M KAUST management due to a big improvement in backlog control and PPM in KAUST Town Center and recreation area since leading the area.
