I work in a Ferrari World, Abu Dhabi as a Rides and Attractions Operator. This is a very dynamic and energetic position and I always give my maximum to make guests satisfied. Most requested of me are good communication skills, to be always positive and full of understanding for the guests and their needs, to be agile and rapidly react if any problem occurs. My task is to explain clearly the rules that guests need to respect and the most important thing is to stay calm during that. My job is to establish order and to ensure that there will be no problems.
I am a responsible person, I take care for my guests and I love working with people. If my guests are happy I'm happier than them.
Making tasks for the waiters, before starting the duty.
Controling the waiters how they are doing the tasks.
Setting the waiters in different zones before opening
Serrving the guests with drinks.
After finishing, cleaning the club, with my team.
Making new schedule for the other day.
Responsible for reservations.
Keeping positive atitude.
Serve the guests with drinks and keeping good attitude, but in the same time being professional.
Working in two shifts, If it's 1 shift, responsible for cleaniness of the bar, 2-nd shift, preparing the bar for the next day.
First 6 months, I was waiter.Main activities: Serve the guests with drinks, responsible for the table reservations, and cleanines in the club.
Second 3 months: Bartender.Main activities : Serve the guests with soft drinks and cocktails and making the orders from the waiters.
Second 3 months main bartender. Main activities : Controling the other bartenders and waiters, serve the guest with soft drinks and cocktails, and responsible for the wares (drinks, snacks and other stuffs(cups, lemons...)
Last 5 months, one of the 3 managers.Main activities : Organizing the tasks and events for the weekends, Spreading the weekend parties with posters, facebook, preparing the tickets, finding a good security company to keep the order inside the club.
