Recruitment :
- Under standing recruitment needs
- Dissemination of jobs offers (internal, anem, external)
- Screening of potential candidates (sort of CV, telephone interview and physical)
- Support to operational (setting up interviews, qualification of candidates)
- Preparation and updated of a recruitment reporting
- Management and feeding the CV database,
- Accompany HR project / sector in a recruitment missions
- Supply the pool of CV (ads, net, forum ...)
- Update the Job Description.
- Ensure the monitoring of trainees (management internship agreements)
Training:
- Participate in the preparation of the annual training plan (prospecting schools, crop development needs, budget studies)
- Deployment Training Plan (launching actions and support to participants, evaluations of actions taken ...)
- Work closely with the finance department for compliance circuit billing / payment
- Being privileged partner training providers
- Ensure the collection of financial information for compliance and budget monitoring
- Produce and maintain the monitoring tables of training.

Development:
- Lead the deployment of people management cycle
- Training employees to PMC
- Provide support PMV to employees
- Assurer les reporting mensuels on-shore ainsi que maghreb.
