Responsible for Developing - restructuring the entire HR framework for this 46 yrs. old organization which post pandemic had gone through severe change management. CMS is into IT Infrastructure management and service and has around 6000 employee base. It's a Pan India organization headquartered in Bangalore with major presence across India.
Currently my role is to deliver state of the art HR Practices across all levels in the organization touching upon all verticals of HR like Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Learning and development, Diversity, etc. The role requires specific expertise in delivering Value preposition through specific Talent management and Development initiatives to drive and bring back employee satisfaction across the organization.
I am responsible for creating and delivering project around, Attracting right Talent, Attrition control, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Succession Planning, Service Quality enhancement, Productivity Improvement, Revenue Enhance, Talent Development etc.
I am assisted by a team of around 50 HR Professionals including TA Team who are spread through all these verticals driving hard the HR agenda of delivering engagement and development across the organization Pan India. Currently involved in delivering the organization needs vis a vis delivering a robust end to end Employee Development and Management program cutting across all the various verticals of HR aligned together.
The role was primarily a regional head HR role with special emphasis on managing the complete life cycle of HR for employees working for clients like GE, EXL, SCB, etc.
