Where my main responsibilities are:
To coordinate with the site people are to make that safe working procedures are being followed.
To make sure that all lifting equipment and materials are third party certified.
Coordinate with main contractors on working procedures.
To responsible for maintaining the safety and environment of the area.
Responsible for maintenance of machinery and plants are in good condition for work.
Responsible for making reports regarding to accidents, near miss etc.
Conducting daily tool box talk.
Induction training of new employees.
Skillfully developed departmental goals,
objectives, and standards of performance, policies
and procedures.

Ensure the first aid facilities, Fire extinguishers
and other devices are maintain and properly up to

Responsible for Inspection of site checklist
Responsible for safely moving of damper
Responsible for safely loading and unloading of
materials
Responsible for weekly progress report
Participation in weekly meetings about HSE
Manage site environment issues
Ensure that all moving equipment have valid
certificate and color coding
Conduction emergency drills at site
Conduct Tool box talk and maintain records
Ensure that First aid facility, fire extinguishers and
other such devices are maintained and updated
Prepare daily, weekly reports related to HSE
Ensure compliance with project HSE plans and legal
requirements
Responsible for site inspection related to safety i.e.
Fire extinguishers, electric boxes etc.
Responsible for induction training of new employee.
Responsible for daily tool box talk conduct before
work
Provision of daily training to employee.
Responsible for weekly report
Permit to work system in place and supporting
documents
Ensure site welfare facilities and maintain them
