Participate to the implementation of Quality management system
documents
• Responsible for document control system
• Maintain and review of Quality Management System
documentation (quality Manual, Procedures, forms, SOP/OP and
PQP)
• Provide administration assistance on all quality related issues
• make suggestion for changes and improvements and how to
implement them
• Participate to the preparation of Audit documents and be part of the
Auditor’s team
• Document audit and other quality activities to verify its
conformance with standards requirements and to identify the
opportunity of improvement of the system
• Provide audit reports and provide evaluation of the level of
compliance of the process audited to the audit criteria
• Continually follow the effectiveness of corrective action taken to close
the Nonconformance raised during the audit and to avoid the
recurrence of the Nonconformance
• Verify the effectiveness of corrective action caried out as a result of
audit findings during internal and external audits of the company’s
integrated Management system, to ensure that appropriate action has
been taken
• Monitor and maintain KPI scorecards for all functional areas and
projects by collecting relevant data along with necessaire supporting
documents in a monthly basis
• Prepare Risk and Opportunities registers for all functional areas
• Review internal systems and organized training plans to address
areas in need of improvement
• Provide Trainings and inductions for company staff in regards with
Quality, HSE requirements, Lean construction Tools and techniques
and Risk based thinking and evaluate training effectiveness
• Provide trainings and quality toolbox talks regarding quality issues
and problem-solving tools in the laboratory and production process
• Coordinate with QAQC team on sites and prepare a dashboard for all
projects including supply and subcontract projects to monitor the
progress in raising and approving INRs, NCRs and technical
submittals such as ( Method Statement, ITP and Material approval
submittal) and prepare an action plan for improvement
