• Responsible for the sales operations and product marketing in Eastern, Southern and Northern Europe regions
for Tiles and slabs .
• Develops, plans and strategizes by coordinating with the managers to achieve the sales target and consistent profitability.
• Reviews the stocks and follow-up for new stock orders from Customers & follow up payments on time.

• Co-ordinates with documentation team for export loadings such as L/C, B/L, commercial Invoice, Packing list, Annexure to packing list, Bills of Exchange etc.
• Prepares shipping plan on Weekly and monthly basis.
• Recommends and implements improvements in work processes to achieve better delivery performance, higher efficiency and cost saving regularly.

• Scrutinizing & updation of FA Documents and FA Trackers and Licensing of Financial Advisors
• Co Ordinate with the Training & Recruiting departments to ensure proper documentation and training processes are followed while training and licensing the sales team (FA's)
• Policy servicing like fund switch, processing withdrawals, surrenders, assignment, issuance of duplicate PD, mode change etc
• Ensure job satisfaction through optimum rewards for performance
• Manage the team performance to ensure maximum output through training and exposure.
• Ensure all applications are properly scrutinized as per the guidelines laid down from time to time.
• Ensure that all applications are accompanied by the required supporting proofs.
