Dispensing the medicine to the patient and tell the correct doses suitable for his weight and case and use of the medicine.
Make sure that patient is not confused about doses and its times.
Tell the patient about the drug food interaction of its drug to be sure of full absorption of drug so full desired effect as a result rapid recovery.
Ask the patient about other the drugs they are taking to tell the precaution needed.
Record the drugs that has been dispense, and dispense what the family health unit needs from drugs every month according to cases came to it and record also what entered to health care pharmacy…….. make sure that the amount of drugs in Shelves and its stock Coincide with medication expense, sometimes make graphic plots for some drugs to know rate of its consuming, be aware of drug expiration, drug storage (specially drugs affected by light, drugs affected by low or high temperature for example chloramphenicol drops, insulin, vaccines, etc.
