From initial enquiry stage throughout estimating and up to award of contract, to ensure that all requirements have been clearly identified and defined and that the company is capable of meeting those requirements.
Prepare technical, / material, sample submittals in coordination with design department for Client’s approval, ensuring compliance with project requirements and budget.
•Project Coordination with design team in the planning, and ensure timely submission of drawings and materials for approval.
•Communicating potential problems to senior management
•Follow up activities from the Client/Consultant and correspondence.
•Arranging materials for sample, in coordination with procurement dept,
preparation of QC procedures like inspection request and Material Submittal and approvals and follow up
•Maintaining the records of material requirements and material
consumption as well as documentation about the project;
preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
•Assessment, organizing & prioritizing the design works
•Administrating documents of department & co-relating with other
Department
•Material co-ordinator between Design & Procurement Department.
•Ensuring the operations to be within cost & time frame
•Participating in project review meetings for evaluating projects progress.
