PREPARATION THE DAILY MEETING FOR : APPLICATION OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE PERMIT TO WORK /AND CONTROL OF WORK SITE
Before starting any work (Planning & Preparation):
! The work scope and work requirements are clearly defined.
! Appropriate discussions with PA, AR, AA & AO have taken place. A hazard
analysis and risk assessment required for the job has been carried out so that
appropriate precautions are specified, and the controls to be adopted during
the work.
! Key staff knows what work is planned and the work is formally authorized by
appropriate staff.
! Multiple activities are assessed for potential hazardous interaction (permit coordination).
! Assess the level of Gas Testing/Monitoring required for the activities to be
conducted.
! Facilities/equipment is suitably prepared for the defined work scope.
! The Competent Personnel conducting the work are made fully aware
WORK PLACE SAFETY /COORDINATE WITH CLIENT/ Conduct daily tool box meeting and discuss job safety analysis to the staff and workers related to the scheduled work for the day./ Assess the local risks / Generate local crew HSE rules and procedures/ Daily work place supervision.
Daily inspection on site:
Inspecting all vehicles and lifting equipment (Crane, man lift, Forklift, Strap, Shackles…etc)
Inspecting electric equipment (cables, Generators, Electrical switchboard …etc)
Inspecting of Scaffolds ( make sure the Scaf-tag is set)
Inspecting the camp (base de vie)
Inspecting extinguishers (Expiry date and condition)
All theses inspections are carried using a check list and color code of the month.
MANAGE ALL HSE ISSUES RELATED TO THE ELECTRICAL ACTIVIES /COORDINATE WITH CLIENT(SONATRASH) /PREPARATION AND ISSUING PTW / Conduct daily tool box meeting and discuss job safety analysis to the staff and workers related to the scheduled work for the day.
