a. Estimation of quantities and determining the scope for Aluminum, Glazing and façade works.
b. Preparing and analyzing the costing for tendering projects.
c. Review Project Documents, Specification & Project Requirements in line with the approved contract specifications.

e. Obtaining Material Take-off for site Execution.
f. Assist in understanding client’s requirement and thereby meeting them.
g. Performing risk and Value engineering for On-going projects in-line with cost savings.
h. Preparing Budgets and tracking changes to the design of the scope and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
i. Negotiate with Suppliers on cost and Quantity.
a. Estimation of quantities for buildings, roads, culverts, miscellaneous civil works and Piling works.
b. Preparation of Design calculations of Concrete piles (BCIS) for Piperack structures and equipment.
c. Calculating and creating coordinates points for foundation bolts using AutoCAD.
d. Developing Model in Staad.PRO for steel structures. And do preliminary Analysis of structural works like pipe rack, Pipe Bridge, Roof truss etc by Staad.PRO
e. Reviewing and Checking of Civil drawings submitted by Contractor in line with the approved contract specifications.
f. Preparation of Bids for Civil & Structural works
g. Coordinate with Contractors and Engineering Team for clearing all field technical queries and deviation wherever required.
h. Study drawings and ensure timely de-bottlenecking of critical technical issues.
i. Implementation of format system and liquidation of punch list points.
j. Checking of design calculations and drawings for piling and civil works and submit the same for Client Approval.
