Job Description: • Provides fast, accurate technical information and special pricing
information to allow our sales associates to close business quickly.
• Techno-commercial bid preparation which involves, review the Project
specifications, valve data sheets, process sheets, Applications Engineering,
vendor document review, Inspection and testing requirements etc.
• Able to communicate with technical departments if addition information is
required.
• Back office support for Sales Team
• Process order information in a timely manner for an on-time delivery of the product to meet the customer's expectations
• Work on project to create or present additional information to support the sales effort
• Provide answers to technical questions via phone, fax, and e-mail
• Meeting customer requirements and ensuring a competitive position in terms of costs.
• Act as a technical consultant towards the customer in order to push
economical alternatives, get agreement on deviations and stress non
compliance issues.
• Support technically and coordinate with the sales team.
• Provide professional quotes to client's custom requirements.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when required to meet customers'
deadlines.
• Supports and carries out other coordination tasks as required from time to time.
• Create a bridge with factory & clientele to keep an up-to-date knowledge about products and processes.
