• Managing a portfolio of 110 clients across India with a turnover ranging from USD 12 MM to USD 1200 MM from SME, emerging corporate, MNC and corporate banking segments with credit limits ranging from USD 1.8 MM to USD 30 MM
• Facilitating credit approvals within a TAT of 3 days with analysis of financial statements, repayment capabilities and security structures; assessment of business operations and industry profile; study of audited financial reports and rating reports; working on financial spreads and credit approval memo for compliance to bank’s internal credit policies
• Presenting credit proposals of new to bank clients and enhancement in exposure of existing clients to the senior management credit committee of the bank with assessment of credit risks and mitigants for structuring deals at a frequency of minimum 2 proposals in a month
• Performing quarterly review of portfolio to ensure compliance to stipulated covenants, assess business performance, study impact of market and regulatory changes on client performance, identify early warning signals, ensure quality housekeeping, timely renewals, and contain delinquencies

• Credit SPOC for executing priority sector lending targets of the bank in line with regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders from business, credit administration, trade operations and legal, to ensure portfolio quality, negotiating and structuring deals, streamlining processes, managing critical transactions and monitoring stress accounts
• Portfolio comprises of listed as well as unlisted companies from FMCG sector, export-oriented units, food processing industry, global commodity traders, edible oil industry, solar power, industrial equipment manufacturers and global consulting firms for working capital facilities, export credit, BGs/LCs/SBLCs and term loan facilities

Achievement:
• Single handedly on-boarded 40 new to bank clients under National Credit Head within 1.5 years of joining the bank, building a portfolio of 80+ accounts in food processing industry
• Elevated to the position of Regional Credit Head in October 2022 with sanctioning authority rights for exposure up to USD 3 MM and approving authority for various trade and credit transactions. Joined the bank as Assistant Vice President and promoted to the position of Deputy Vice President in July 2022. In my last role, I was handling dual responsibility of a credit analyst for portfolio in North and South geographies and RCH for pan India clients in food industry
• Nominated for Woman’s Leadership Development Program which is for selective, high performing woman employees of the bank
