• Preparing Whitespace analysis, Revenue forecasting and opportunity pipeline and present progressive scorecard report to management.
• Creating service opportunity by Identifying gaps in customer landscape and engage in technical presales engineering. Interactions and negotiations during the bid process, Identify and drive win strategy and actions, Review solutions, sizing and pricing.
• Plan, Review and releasing the final techno-commercial proposal in line with RFP/RFT requirements.
• Gathering factorial insight by accurate Account Planning and analysis to sell/upsell by identify customer stakeholders, their roles/responsibilities, budgeting, business and technical challenges, gap analysis, current technology versions and their cloud readiness mindset etc.
• Managing technical business relationship with local, regional and global representatives of business partners (Microsoft, Dell, Symantec, Veritas, Citrix etc.) by strategizing joint selling model, identifying potential customers, scheduling promotional activities/events to generate short term/long term pipeline, discuss.
• Onetime claim and tracking of partner incentives and business development funds.
• Orchestrate technology deployment and therein-quick adoption/consumption to achieve maximize return on investment made on Microsoft solutions/licenses by directly engaging and influencing multiple level of customer stakeholders.
• Influence customers in smooth onboarding, faster Adoption and maximize their consumption by introducing innovative programs, which interns help increasing end-user’s productivity and efficiency with greater cost savings and quicker Return on Investment (ROI).
• Arrange adoption orientation workshop for business users to explain the capabilities and features of each workload as well as preparing business case on how these workloads can be integrate within their day to day business operations to generate more productivity with greater amount of cost saving.
• Own and manage Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program operations, responsibilities include initial setup, integration, identify customers, Demand generation plan, defining Helpdesk process, Billing and support process, prepared partner service portfolio and solution package, operation guidelines etc.
• Managing volume licensing agreement lifecycle (MSEA, MPSA, CSP), T-36 framework, Software asset management (SAM) and acting as a trusted adviser by encouraging customers for maximum utilization of their software assurance benefits (SAB). Promoting “cloud-mix” volume licensing agreement as well as on-time renewal, revenue generation from add-on and true up.
• Recruit, mentor and lead technical profile includes Solution architect, developer, consultants, DBA, ’s, administrators and project managers.
