Job Responsibilities:
• As a Shift Brewer, responsible for Brewing Brands like “Kingfisher Lager/HG/Dilution”, “Kingfisher Strong Normal/HG”.
• Responsible for the Inventory Control, Production Planning and Meeting Company’s production target and also dealing with the State Excise Department.
• Ensuring smooth manufacturing, processing and filtration of Quality beer in shift as per production schedule and achieve target quantity of production and dispatch of Beer.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly plan for Brewing and Packaging program.
• Control of raw material wastages and improvement in reducing filter aid consumption.
• To oversee that all the systems in the process department are adhered and followed by the shift team.
• Supervise hygiene & housekeeping of Brewing and Process area by implementing checklists.
• Highlighting day to day Brewing and packaging issue to the General Technical Manager.
Job Responsibility
• Setting up the PP-Master Data.
• Sales & Operations Planning (SOP)
• Demand management, Generating demands through sales order or SOP or through creation of planned independent requirement.
• Configuration of different Planning strategy
• Configuration of Plant Dependent Parameters, MRP types and Lot size procedures
• Configuration of Production scheduling profile and Availability check.
• Repetitive Manufacturing profile & Cost estimation for Repetitive Manufacturing, defining Product cost collector, planned order conformation and back flushing. Standard Cost estimation, price marking and release.
• End user training and Documentation
• Data Uploads using LSMW, Preparation of Functional Specs.
• Integration with MM, SD and Controlling.
• Generation of daily Reports and status of SAP system.
