Initiating an increased awareness of the importance of the professional handling of quality control records (checklists, ITP, MWI) in every hierarchy of the project/operations
Achieved a more precise and detailed information system for operations engineers/manager by providing a regularly maintained personal record book of every activity carried out by me and using this to correlate past works and predict future operation needs hence increasing time of response to issues by 30 percent.
Actively coordinating with team members to implement corrective and preventive actions in high risk portions of projects/operations on a regular basis as needed.
Hands on experience in identifying, sorting and professional handling of engineering documents and drawings (Electrical & Instrumentation drawings, plot plans, details, loop drawings, data sheets, standards, isometrics, manuals etc.) as per ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.
Actively participated in the implementation of programs to increase overall consideration for quality and performance improvement within the Company through required workshops, seminars, emails, intranet and other means of communication.
Key Responsibilities and Principal Accountabilities:- Eko Gas ( Liquefied Petroleum Gas initiative)
Assisting in the planning, reviewing and monitoring of adherence to energy policies in the state.
Participating in the planning, designing and execution of the Eko Gas in project handled by the Ministry worth 2 Million USD.
To ensure that an up to date general filing system including a master file of all types of materials as required is maintained.
As per Project Quality Plan, project documents are separately maintained for different stages: Enquiry, Design, Construction, Supervision and Maintenance.
To receive, sort all incoming correspondences, Vendor Documents, project drawings and technical documents as required by the project
