Psychological support for inpatients (Cardiology Rehab, Cardiac Surgery and Vascular
Surgery Depts).
Psychological assessments at admission, discharge and ongoing clinical follow-up
interviews: administration of psychosocial questionnaire and related scales (PHQ-9,
GAD-7, SWLS, EuroQol-VAS, Morinsky Test, Fagerström Test). Monitoring of patients
mood trend and general psychological functioning.
Medical record and report update duties.
Autonomous administration of screening tests (MOCA, MMSE, FAB); administration of
batteries of tests for MCI detection (such as Trail Making Test, Digit Span, Clock test,
Boston Naming Test, Reys Word) under supervision.
Administration of Cardiac Distress Inventory protocol among Cardiac Surgery Dept.
inpatients for the Italian psychometric CDI validation.

Teach and tutor private students Italian/French language and culture. Introductory/
intermediate/advanced courses. Create tailor made lessons for a variety of learners,
diversified with visuals and auditory.

Analyze business processes, advise on feasibility of procedures, conduct research, design
strategic directions and solutions to solve issues in corporate admin, preparation of client
ready presentations; drafting of legal acts. Support to managerial level in operational
activities and participation in meetings.

Procurement planning Procurement planning of products of EI (digital division and graphic
arts), warehouse stock analysis, admin of POs cycle in collaboration with FFTokyo; support
to Mkting Dept for Astalift cosmetic brand launch, press review and data analysis.

Support to management during SunMicrosystems acquisition project in implementation of
comp&ben programs, policy and procedures advising employees on eligibility and
coverages; definition of updated salary ranges in EU area based on surveys, performance
assessment, retain incentives plans, definition of bonus and salary review process - EMEA
level.
