• Responsible for developing the facade design strategy for each project requirement whether it is refurbishment or a new facade.
• Responsible for liaising with suppliers and facade specialists to ensure that the proposed facade is feasible in terms of construction and within the budget.
• In charge of setting basic design principles and ensuring that statutory requirements have been considered in terms of integrating the facade in the project.
• Responsible for preparing the architectural design reports and compiling all the information from the project sub-consultants and ensuring that all information is as per the latest design issue.
• In charge of reviewing the submitted information from the project sub-consultants and overseeing the development and implementation of architectural designs for the project.
• Maintaining project quality control by reviewing and making necessary adjustments to project sub-consultants drawings.

- Responsible for reviewing preliminary architectural designs to establish generic façade types and identify material and geometry types which will be required for the building envelope and assist the Architects/Clients in desk studies of other comparable developments as required, ie sourcing of images and details of other projects for their reference.

- Responsible for preparing concept design report and attend technical workshop meeting with the design team.

- Providing 2D drafting using Auto Cad software in delivering façade system drawing packages for façade / curtain wall projects.

- Assisting in the delivery of detailed façade tender packages.

- Monitoring and maintaining direct communications with Architects, Clients, Engineers, Project Leaders etc. and update drawings as required.

- Producing details of façade systems based on architectural sketches.

- Assisting in the delivery of detailed façade & tender packages.

- Coordinating and monitor submission schedules to ensure production of deliverable to agreed timeline.

- Coordinating with the relevant parties to raise/resolve project related issues which could affect the delivery of the documentation.
