Ensure the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
Manages the intervention teams (internal or sub-contractor) to direct the maintenance and repair work
Set priorities and develop preventive maintenance planning (in conjunction with the production department)
Ensure possible restraints (machine start-up)
-Manage and control the installation work of the new facilities of batching plants :
- ARCEN 3m3 projet CILAS « Biskra Cement Plant », FRUMECAR « Project GAMA Power Plant », MEKA 2 m3 project of the great mosque of Algiers, …
-Lead, coordinate and monitor the performance of the work (deadlines, compliance, quality, safety, ...)
-Implementation of HSE plan project
Preparer of Job Cards ( Piping, equipment )
- Supervising mechanical works on construction site (Tie-ins) piping, equipments
- Monitoring and control of subcontractors works
- Management of work permit ( PTW )
- PID control ( Piping & Instrumentation Diagram ) and Isométrique
Monitoring and control of subcontractors works
- Supervising of mechanical installation work and installation of equipments :
• Motors / Pumps, Compressors, Gas Turbines generators and Turbine Steam, …
• Exchanger, Filters, Air cooler, Furnes, …
• Electrostatic precipitator and regenerator
• Gas team generator
- Supervising mechanical works on the site
- monitoring and control of assembly and maintenance :
o Overhead cranes
o Hydromechanical Equipments
o Hydraulic power plant and power plant
o The maintenance of rotating machines
Alignment Motors / Pumps
- Installation of equipments :
• Turbines / Compressors ( Gas turbines )
• Exchanger, Air cooler, Furnes
Installation and maintenance of :
- Overhead cranes Hassi Messaoud field (SONATRACH), In Salah (SONELGAZ SPE)
- Equipment for drinking water treatment plants
- Implement the completion schedule
- Implementation of HSE plan project
