As A freelance consultant, i was able to execute 3 main projects during 36 Months :

- design and implementation of the new infrastructure for a company SOTEFI based on Windows 2008 Hyperv, exchange 2007, ISA 2006, BE 2010 and Symantec AV.. juneand july 2010
- conception and implementation of the new infrastructure for a company TUNISIE RECIOUVREMENT based on Windows 2008 Hyperv, exchange 2010, ISA 2006, BE 2010 and Symantec AV, from december 2010 to january 2011.
- Project manager of implementing an ERP called PANTHERA (ITALIAN) in an idustrial company called DELTA CUISINE

- Reorganization of the IT resources in term of use and security,
- Upgrade of hardware parc in term of servers, PC and laptops,
- Extension of the cover of the local area network within the power plant with installations containing twisted-pair cables, optical fiber and WIFI access points,
- Optimization of the use of Software ENGICA: CMMS, INVENTORY and
PROCUREMENT and training of the users on the new functionalities,
- Enhancement and optimization of the interface between ENGICA and MFGPRO (used for accountancy),
- Upgrade of the servers towards Windows 2003, Exchange 2003 server and ISA 2006,
- Brought into service of the bar code system for the management of spare-parts warehouse (Inventory, input/output),
- Administration and use of the CPC Digital Command System ( UNIX SOLARIS and SUN stations),
- Participation in the project of installation of the software package for human resource management HR Access,
- Installation of a new solution of data backup with Backup Exec 12,
- Development of a Disaster Plane Recovery,
- Installation of a new solution for total protection with Mcafee: Antivirus, Antispyware, anti-Spam
- Development of the Web site of Carthage Power Company,
- Management of the telephony system and the RADIO communication Mobile,
- Framing of a trainee for the design of a business application that could manage all purchase requests,
- Launching and realization of an INTRANET with Microsoft Sharepoint Portal Server 2007: Collaborative work, filing of the documents, Workflow for the principal processes, organization of the documents of the company,

- Participation in several organizational projects such as:
• Improvement of the Work orders management,
• Procedure for the cost establishment of planned maintenance outages,
• Optimization of the invoices validation workflow,
• Optimization of the way of launching purchase orders,

Realization of diagnoses and audits, data-processing, directing diagrams with follow-up of the action plans,
- Participation in several projects of installation of the ERP MFGPRO at several Tunisian and Maghrebian companies,
- Participation in projects of company for the control of the change in the organization and the working methods,
- Development of a study and action plan for the launching of the `outsourcing' activity within DISCOVERY: To be responsible for the IT function (data security, Internet Access, applications, end-user support, hardware management, …),
- Proposal for a reorganization diagram of the IT department for some companies (SOTEFI, Henkel, Adhe-els),
- Participation in the installation of solutions of pre-press with CTP (Heidelberg representative in Tunisia) and AGR (representative in Morocco),
- Administration and technical support of MFG/PRO and the environment
