My role is to sell products banking services to our Customer.
My mission is:
- To sell and study all different type of loans (mortgage loans, Personnel Loans, vehicle loans ...)
- Fidéliser the customer by offering him the products and services regularly meeting its needs
- To prospect new customers in conformity with the target searched by the bank
- To ensure the management of the customers the daily newspaper - To produce generally expressed commercial objectives of number and in products.
the total responsibility for a real estate scheme in all its aspects (technique, legal, commercial, financial, social…). My task consists in carrying out the assembly, the coordination and the follow-up of my programs, of the drafting of the program until the delivery of the work.
As an advisor customer’s technical assistance, I answer the questions of the customers about the whole of the products of the brand (Internet, Mobile, television, fixed line…). I listen to their requests with attention, pose with them a diagnosis and suggest fast and effective solutions to them. Lastly, I make sure that all functions in an optimal way. My objective: to help the customer and to solve his problem as of the first call.

The in charge one of covering intervenes with the late customers of payment to revalue their situation, to require a regularization and to set up the legal procedure of covering if the creditors do not carry out their Payments.
