1. Handling control, High and Low voltage Test equipment products from diverse suppliers like Qualitrol Hathaway UK, Phenix Technologies USA, Megger Ltd UK/USA
2. Generating inquiries by Interacting with customers, understanding their needs and offer a product according
to their requirement.
3. Provide pre‐ and post‐sales services, including business analysis and bid support, to identify customer`s requirements related to technical and commercial solutions.
4. Follow up Quotations, closure of both technical and commercials aspects.
5. Account Management including Order processing, execution, design, delivery & payment follow‐ups.
6. After sales support to ensure keeping a happy & satisfied Customer for retaining a long lasting business relationship.
Achievements:
1. Pre‐qualified PDMS & DSM systems from Qualitrol with Saudi Electricity Co. which resulted in business growth by 200%.
2. Received the best Sales Employee Award for Year 2013.
3. Exceeded the yearly assigned Targets continuously from Year 2012 till 2017.
Responsibilities:
As Network Engineer, my job description included:
1. Responsible to lead a team of technicians and Riggers and assign the Operation and Maintenance tasks.
2. Performing assignments pertaining to implementation of transmission planning.
3. Conduct transmission equipment acceptance testing and site integration in coordination with O & M teams.
4. Coordination of SITE SURVEYS and Profile studies for CDMA and GSM sites.
5. Troubleshooting of different microwave links.
6. Resolving technical issues by giving support to the Operation and maintenance team.
Achievements:
1. Supervised the installation of BTS site at one of remote locations in hilly area of Abbottabad, Pakistan, with successful energization before deadlines.
2. Fault rectification in a record time of multiple daisy‐chain linked sites, which otherwise would have resulted in a loss of multimillion $ revenue for company.
3. Drive tested & mapped the signal strength in complete City of Islamabad, which provided an on‐hand information to management to take corrective action accordingly.
