Design Office Achievements:
•Meet with clients to collect data and information, make sure final design document are in line with client/end user requirements and needs.
•Coordinate layout plans and design schematics with other disciplines during progress of design and prepare complete extra low voltage layout drawings, riser diagrams and specifications for the project, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances.
•Ensuring the technical quality and timely completion of all design work assigned to me.
•Review designs which been done by other consultants and provide comments.

•Support the review of shop drawings, material submittals, document submittals, contractor queries, and other FA/CT/ELV-related construction documents as necessary and ensure it complies with the contract documents.
•Reviews the scope of FA/ICT/ELV design works according to the contract and make sure the progress of FA/ICT/ELV design work and site activities are properly monitored and all quality records are established and maintained.
•Participate in progress, technical and coordination meeting as required.

COMPLETE ELV/FA DESIGN for the following program components:
1- Five Star Hotel Tower - Approx. 180m, 388 units (Kempinski Hotel)
2- Luxury Residential Tower (Grade A) / Serviced Apartment units - approx. 180m, 240 units (Kempinski)
3- Five Star Hotel Tower - approx. 150m, 358 units (Taj Hotel)
4- Four Star Hotel Tower - approx. 175m, 392 units (Embassy by Hilton)
5- Two upscale retail/shopping centers (malls) - 6 stories each
•Public Investment Fund (PIF) Tower - KAFD - Riyadh: PIF Tower is the taller building in Saudi Arabia. The project is a high rise tower with 80 corporate floors. The podium levels house an auditorium, dining facilities and accessory use space to the office tower. The lower grade levels of the facility will include four levels of basements.
Systems includes: Blown Fiber infrastructure system, Integrated Security, CCTV, Access Control, PIAM, PSIM, Video Analytics, Security Intercom, Video wall, Fire Detection & Alarm, Telecommunication systems, IPTV, Audio Visual and PA.
•Saudi Electricity Company Head Quarter (SECHQ) project - Riyadh: Will be built on a plot area of approximately 265, 000 m2. The project consists four (4) typical Office High Rise Buildings, Recreation and Restaurant Building, two (2) Service Buildings, common Basement and Lower Ground floor, Podium includes 750 seats Auditorium, and Guardhouses.
Systems includes: Integrated Security, CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter Detection System, Video Analytics, Video wall, Fire Detection & Alarm, Telecommunication systems, IPTV, Audio Visual and PA.
•GOSI, Granada Office Park, KSA-Riyadh: COMPLETE ELV/FA DESIGN. The development comprises a combination of six high-rise (up to 20-story), four medium-rise (up to 7-story) corporate office buildings and eight low-rise (2-story) town-house type residential buildings and one business center with 155, 500m² of build-up area and 4000 car parking spaces.
•Media Production City, KSA-Riyadh: The project consists of 3 buildings, 5-story commercial office block, mosque and 5-story studio block which consists of 5 studios and related functions such as control room, editing suits, offices and other relevant support facilities. Total build up area is 61, 000m².
Was working as a Senior ELV systems engineer. Design, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning for the extra low voltage systems
Responsibilities:
1- Meet clients & consultants to analyse their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
2- Negotiation with clients for product selection, prepare presentations, quotations, technical submittals and follow up with the clients.
3- Identify and maintain relationships with senior decision makers and consultants.
4- Review the construction design documents and prepare the shop drawing for site installation.
5- Conducting materials/installation inspection and supervising testing/commissioning of completely installed systems and equipment.
6- Awareness of wide range of products of different manufacturers.
Was working as a projects engineer, installing, testing and commissioning of the extra low voltage systems for a number of projects in Amman.
Responsibilities included preparation of shop drawings for approval, coordination of shop drawings with the contractor, handling all the issues with respect to the daily site works, in addition to supervision the technician staff within the site, inspection the testing and commissioning of the installed systems, then handing over the systems to the client.
