• Preparation of Yearly Departmental Budget, liaising with higher management, accounts/finance/IT departments to finalize & implement the budget and sharing the approved budget with all the stakeholders.
• Setting goals and objectives for each service manager and tracking their performance throughout the year.
• Preparing monthly operating reports to NMEF and supporting them in their other ad-hoc requirements.

• Preparing Monthly Performance Review Presentations of all the branches with its stakeholders, reviewing the minutes of meeting, and following up on the action plan.
• Analyzing the monthly P & L statements, highlight the areas of concern, and take the necessary steps for improvement.
• Building trusted relationships with the key stakeholders within the organization to generate proper levels of awareness and adoption of the team's objectives and goals.
• Evaluating all management information reports and providing insight to senior management towards achievement of the departmental KPIs’.
• Coordinating with IT for implementation of any reporting requirements.
• To support senior management and service managers with all related business operations functions.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures to support business objectives.
• Evaluating the Service Retention and suggesting the areas of improvement to work together with business development and marketing team to produce marketing campaigns and measuring effectiveness.
• Reviewing the monthly incentives to ensure its compliance with the scheme and to measure the effectiveness of incentive policy.
• Forecasting to determine the deviation from the targets and how to allocate the budgets for anticipated expenses for an upcoming period.
• Working closely with the pricing department and making sure of timely update.

Monthly Branch wise Technician Productivity & Efficiency Report.
Quick Monthly Service and Parts Review (QSR & QPR).
Monthly departmental incentive calculation.

On demand business performance reports assigned by the Immediate Director and requested by Accounts / Finance department.
Making new reports according to the requirement in ERP Auto line (Kerridge) and BI Cognos and making changes in them when required.
Cost analysis for control and optimization.

Preparing and posting Routine Maintenance Contracts in the system and rectifying the errors causing issues for the branches.
Preparing the VAT invoices for RMC customers, dealing with financial irregularities and taking remedial measures to rectify the same.
Carrying out the reconciliation of various accounts.
Using Data analytics to uncover insights and trends.
Tracking performance KPI’s (Benchmarking) data against targets.
Detailed Performance Analysis of After sales Department in order to know the area of actual deficiency and suggesting ideas to improve.
Communicating to the branches and monitoring their performance.
Analyzing the results of campaigns and suggesting management for required promotional campaigns.
Managing warranty and recall issues of Mitsubishi, Chery & JAC.
Supervising the costing clerks, monitoring their performance and advising them for further improvement in their work.
